    Profile and business rules

    The goal of the conversation, the tone, and what the bot must never say. These fields go straight into the instructions the bot receives in every conversation — that's what makes it your business's representative rather than a generic bot.

    Knowledge base

    Your business details, opening hours, price list and common questions. You can upload a PDF, Excel, Word or CSV file and the system extracts the text itself. This is the bot's source of truth — if it isn't here, it won't invent it.
