Accessibility statement

Last updated: August 2026

We consider it important to provide an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities, and we work to make the system accessible under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 (September 2023 edition), which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance level AA.

What has been made accessible

How to use the accessibility features

The whole system can be navigated with a keyboard alone: Tab moves between elements, Shift+Tab goes back, Enter or Space activates, and Esc closes dialogs and menus. Every page starts with a skip link straight to the main content. The browser zoom can be taken to 200% without content being cut off (Ctrl or Cmd together with +). At the top of the page there is a switch between light and dark display, and a switch between Hebrew and English.

An alternative way to receive the service

If any part of the site or the system is not accessible to you, please email us and we will supply the information or carry out the action for you another way — by phone, by WhatsApp message, or in writing. You do not need to give a reason.

Known limitations

Parts of the system render inside external services (for instance media received from WhatsApp), and not every element of those is under our control. We keep improving accessibility, and some components may not yet be fully accessible. We'd be glad to hear about any problem you hit.

Accessibility enquiries

Run into an accessibility problem? Please tell us and we'll deal with it promptly. Include the page where it happened, your browser and device, and a short description.

We aim to respond to every enquiry within a reasonable time.
